Not Valid: (3)(b) There is insufficient information to determine if staff were or were not visually checking on the school aged children who walked to and were waiting at the bus stop. Valid: (2) At the 4/26/2023 morning site visit school aged children were alone and unsupervised in the school aged room while the staff members onsite were supervising other classrooms or working in the kitchen. Valid: (2) At the 4/28/2023 afternoon site visit there nine toddlers with co-owner/lead teacher Joe Garcia in the toddler room during nap time which exceeded the 1:7 staff to child ratio for that age group. At the 4/28/2023 afternoon site visit there were eighteen preschool aged children with assistant teacher Cyradwen Strawn, who is not qualified to be alone with children, during nap time in the preschool room which exceeded the 1:10 staff to child ratio for that age group.
